Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as an LMFT will involve working closely with couples, individuals, and families to assess and address a range of emotional and relational challenges. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve couples, families, and individual sessions, focusing on communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and relational dynamics.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address specific issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and mental health crises.

Compensation and Benefits\n
