Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that foster growth and healing.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and other evidence-based practices to effectively address client challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions, ensuring accessibility to quality mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, including treatment notes and progress reports.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
