Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients effectively and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each session is documented in accordance with company guidelines.

• Provide exceptional clinical services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing creative interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulations.

• Engage in collaboration with families, caregivers, and other multi-disciplinary team members, coordinating services to provide the most effective care for clients.

• Demonstrate a commitment to client service excellence while actively contributing to our organization’s mission to improve mental health access in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
