Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide ongoing documentation as required, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes, ensuring compliance with company protocols.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions that inspire clients to achieve personal and relational goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to ensure holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Guideline Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
