Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and mental health assessments to accurately diagnose clients.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, ensuring ongoing modifications as required.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation in accordance with company policies, including detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Managing a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, employing creativity in your therapeutic interventions to empower clients to achieve their personal goals.

• Delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with colleagues to advance community mental health initiatives.

• Coordinating care effectively with case managers, families, educational staff, and other professionals involved in client care.

Your work will engage a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Your ability to connect empathetically and authentically with individuals from varied demographic and cultural backgrounds will allow you to facilitate significant positive change in their lives. This role is instrumental in supporting individuals navigating issues such as relationship difficulties, mental health disorders, and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent).

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven experience in creating treatment plans, therapeutic documentation, and clinical assessments.

• Experience working with clients across all age groups, from children to elderly individuals, encompassing individual and family therapeutic dynamics.
