The work setting is predominantly remote; however, our outpatient office in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, serves as our operational hub. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of telemedicine, with opportunities for in-person interactions as needed. The virtual environment supports team communications and collaboration through regular meetings, training sessions, and shared resources. We ensure that our team members have access to the necessary tools for effective client management and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in collaborative Child and Family team meetings to discuss treatment plans, review cases, and engage in ongoing training to enhance professional development.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual and family dynamics, along with creating tailored treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.
\n
• Manage and document client progress meticulously, including treatment updates and discharge reports, while adhering to regulatory and organizational documentation requirements.
\n
• Uphold the strictest standards of client confidentiality and manage all client records responsibly to maintain trust and compliance with ethical guidelines.
\n
• Employ evidence-based diagnostic techniques to accurately identify challenges faced by children and adolescents, developing targeted intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves child and adolescent populations, as well as adults within family units. You will work directly with individuals facing various challenges, ranging from behavioral issues and trauma to relationship dynamics and emotional distress. Our aim is to provide supportive therapy that fosters healing and personal growth within a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse client issues.

• In-depth knowledge of theories and research pertaining to psychological development, individual differences, human motivation, and abnormal behavior.

Compensation and Benefits\n
