Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guideline Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to formulate detailed and effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client appointments each week, ensuring a high standard of care through thorough documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing progress notes.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices that resonate with your therapeutic style and skills.

• Engage in creative intervention strategies designed to empower clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving personal goals.

Qualifications\n
