Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, with opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy, as well as telehealth services. You will be part of an outpatient office culture that promotes flexibility in scheduling, providing you with the autonomy to manage your own client consultations in a supportive team atmosphere. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guideline Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health issues in clients and develop tailored treatment plans to meet their needs.
\n
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing support throughout the therapy process.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the client experience and fulfill organizational goals.
\n
• Employ creative therapeutic interventions that inspire clients to achieve and exceed their mental health objectives.
\n
• Document each session accurately, including client progress notes and treatment plan updates, in compliance with company protocols.
\n
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, educators, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your experience and skills will directly contribute to improving their overall well-being and resilience as you guide them through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create rapport and maintain professional boundaries with clients.

• A solid understanding of family dynamics, therapy principles, community resources, and fee collection processes at the time of service.
\n
• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
