This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance. Although you will primarily work from home, you will remain part of a tightly-knit outpatient therapy team based in Orlando, which prioritizes collaboration and effective communication. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health diagnoses, followed by the development and execution of tailored treatment plans that cater to client needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective support through individual and family therapy sessions.

• Keep thorough documentation of client progress, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessments, in compliance with company protocols and legal requirements.

• Utilize creativity and innovative therapeutic techniques in interventions, aiming to empower clients toward achieving and exceeding their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and services, consulting with case managers, medical staff, and relevant personnel to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n
