Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 25-30 client sessions weekly while adhering to documentation standards, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and comprehensive case notes.

• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using innovative and creative therapeutic interventions designed to help clients meet and exceed their mental health goals.

• Respond to client inquiries and maintain a high standard of customer service, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to address complex client needs.

• Work with case managers, families, schools, and other healthcare personnel as required to coordinate comprehensive care plans and interventions.

Qualifications\n
