Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring a consistent and high standard of care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with team members to effectively address community mental health needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, drawing upon creativity and professional expertise to facilitate client progress.

• Consistently document clinical sessions in line with organizational policies, preparing necessary notes and treatment plan reviews.
