Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your work environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., maintaining a balanced approach to client management and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, delivering quality individual, family, and group therapy both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Document client sessions meticulously in line with company guidelines, ensuring all treatment plans and case notes are accurate and up-to-date for ongoing treatment reviews.

• Coordinate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to enhance client care and ensure holistic support systems are in place.

• Utilize creative methodologies and interventions that resonate with clients, guiding them toward achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.

• Offer exceptional customer service to clients, fostering trust and rapport that forms the foundation for effective therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal LMFT candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your work will directly contribute to improving the mental health outcomes of individuals facing various challenges, including family dynamics, addiction, trauma, and general mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
