Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ lives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during sessions.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and methodologies regarding mood disorders to incorporate best practices into treatment.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous professional growth and teamwork.

• Advocate for clients’ needs, including addressing mental health stigma and ensuring access to necessary resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
