Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific circumstances and objectives.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals to shape personalized therapeutic plans.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate client success.

• Documenting client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational standards and ethical practice requirements to ensure clarity and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with colleagues, including social workers and other therapists, to provide integrated therapy and develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
