Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic activities including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' emotional challenges and creating tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions focused on personal growth and well-being, utilizing a variety of evidenced-based techniques appropriate for your clients’ unique situations.

• Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic goals, tracking progress, and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in regular staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with clinical supervisors to ensure continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.

• Documenting client interactions and progress accurately to support ongoing treatment and comply with regulatory standards.

• Participating in training programs and workshops to stay current with new methods and theories in family and marriage therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT at Park Avenue Psychotherapy, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client populations. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
