Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs, ensuring accurate understanding of their backgrounds and presenting concerns.

• Provide therapy services that may include individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, focusing on relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and psychoeducation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of families and individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties. The therapist will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, families facing conflict or transition, and individuals navigating complex emotional issues. This role is critical in fostering a therapeutic alliance that builds trust, encourages open communication, and helps clients achieve their desired therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid LMFT license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
