Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through individual, couple, and family sessions, ensuring accurate diagnosis and understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, aimed at supporting clients in achieving measurable progress toward their objectives.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using a range of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused therapy, to cater to diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to collaboratively discuss client cases and enhance therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon; LPC or LCSW licenses will also be considered.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an understandable manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a community health setting or similar environment.

• Familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and teletherapy practices is strongly preferred.

• Experience in providing culturally competent therapy across a diverse client base.

• Background in specialized therapeutic techniques (such as EMDR or trauma-informed care) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
