Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring they have actionable steps to improve their mental health.

• Conduct both individual and family counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, offering psychoeducation and teaching skills related to stress reduction, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational protocols.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, demonstrating proficiency in conflict resolution and emergency response procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will support clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more—empowering them to achieve their personal and relational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, particularly in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
