Work Environment\n

This position enables you to work remotely, offering flexibility to tailor your schedule around client needs. Working hours are flexible, primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health of clients, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation including diagnosis updates, plan reviews, and session notes in accordance with company protocols.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, couple, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate client care and address overlapping issues involving case managers, medical staff, and educational personnel.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to empower clients to achieve their personal goals and overcome barriers to mental health.

• Ensure excellent customer service during client interactions, establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance while effectively managing expectations and outcomes.

• Document each session meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing issues ranging from relational conflicts to mental health disorders. Familiarity with varying family dynamics and the social determinants of health is critical, as our clients come from varied backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven ability to formulate and execute treatment plans, including experience with documentation practices related to mental health services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to set appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a safe space for clients.

• Willingness to perform well under pressure and demonstrate sensitivity to the diverse needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
