Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. We operate with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life harmony. As part of a tight-knit, dynamic team, you will collaborate with fellow therapists, case managers, and other health professionals to maximize treatment effectiveness and ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and mental health diagnoses to create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring each client receives focused and quality care.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, adhering to company policies on treatment plans, clinical case notes, and ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver therapy through various modalities, including individual, couple, and family sessions, as well as group therapy, employing creative interventions to help clients achieve progress.

• Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals to coordinate services, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the client’s treatment.

• Provide exemplary customer service and be a supportive resource for clients and their families throughout their therapy journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your client interactions will focus on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will address a wide variety of issues such as relationship dynamics, trauma, substance use, and mental health challenges. Our aim is to empower clients to overcome obstacles and enhance their emotional well-being through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Ability to effectively collect fees at the time of service while maintaining professionalism and ensuring client comfort.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ultimate Mental and Behavioral Healthcare Center offers a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes:
