Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and therapeutic progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with relationship issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, which also includes mileage reimbursement and access to pay on demand.
