Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and history.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and couples through virtual sessions utilizing video conferencing.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients through secure messaging to provide support and resources.

• Participate in weekly supervisor meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and seek guidance when required.

• Attend continuing education events and professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed with industry trends.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Virginia.

• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients virtually.
