Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while maintaining professional integrity. Our therapists utilize a telehealth platform that is user-friendly and secure, ensuring that client interactions are confidential and efficient. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, however, some flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet the needs of clients, accommodating different time zones and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' unique experiences and emotional states, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to guide clients through personal challenges, integrating their cultural backgrounds into the therapeutic process.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health issues, enhancing resilience, and empowering clients to achieve personal goals.

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to ensure client safety.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns and treatment options, connecting them with community resources to further facilitate their progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance cultural competency and clinical skills.

• Engage in continuous learning about latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with culturally competent therapy techniques.
\n
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy through culturally responsive practices.
\n
• Demonstrable crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and competence in utilizing technology for telehealth services.
\n
• High ethical standards, including the commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality.

• A collaborative spirit, willing to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
