Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms' intensity, frequency, and duration in clients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements, goals, and preferences, tapping into various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment and understanding.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in circumstances or symptoms.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
