Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Hackensack Mental Healthcare Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a positive and trusting rapport with patients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, integrating their goals into the therapeutic process.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress, and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Performing ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and making referrals to specialists when required.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions, providing support for complex family dynamics and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
