Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake the following essential duties:

• Conduct comprehensive initial intakes and assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and therapeutic needs, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual.

• Deliver brief therapy and crisis evaluations via telephone triage to assist clients in need of immediate support, guiding them toward necessary resources.

• Interview and evaluate clients to determine psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs, enabling the implementation of customized treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues including relational conflicts, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

• Develop, review, and update treatment plans in alignment with the latest best practices and standards, actively involving clients in their personal development journey.

• Stay attuned to the clients' progress and make timely referrals for those requiring interventions for severe mental health conditions.

• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in safety programs and be prepared to contribute to emergency response teams as needed, ensuring the well-being of both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
