Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional health of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans by analyzing individual client goals, challenges, and preferences, fostering a client-centered approach.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

• Facilitate couple's therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding relationships.

• Maintain and regularly update accurate client records, including progress evaluations and treatment updates, while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that holistically address clients' needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
