Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of your patients, ensuring regular updates based on their progress and feedback.

• Document patient care diligently, adhering to agency standards for medical record maintenance, including treatment plans, psycho-social assessments, and relevant progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the gratifying opportunity to work primarily with children and adolescents, along with their families, in addressing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment, to effectively support our diverse patient demographic.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
