Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health.

• Designing customized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, including individual and couples therapy pathways tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Facilitating regular therapy sessions focused on engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitoring clients’ progress and adapting treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring that their goals and requirements are met throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in compliance with organizational standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to provide holistic approaches to client wellness, integrating feedback and insight from other healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population across different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with state regulations.
