Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intakes and comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs, leading the charge in developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize brief therapy techniques and crisis evaluation skills to provide immediate support and interventions for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions.
\n
• Conduct phone triage with patients, guiding them through their concerns and directing them to suitable resources, ensuring they receive timely assistance.

• Facilitate both individual and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities appropriate to each patient's goals and challenges.

• Regularly update and monitor treatment plans in line with the current standards of practice, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in safety programs, which may include being part of an emergency response team, to ensure a secure environment for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at BlueHeal, you will work with a broad range of patients — children, adolescents, adults, and seniors — each experiencing varying levels of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Strong expertise in the field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in couples and family therapy or similar environments.

• Demonstrable ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of care and organizational skills.

• Commitment to professional ethics, including maintaining confidentiality and establishing professional boundaries with clients.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively articulate treatment plans and maintain thorough patient records.
