Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering effective therapy via telehealth and ensuring each client's ongoing progress is tracked through diligent documentation.

• Provide high-quality customer service by fostering trusting relationships with clients and engaging with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and innovative approaches to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Document each session's interactions as per company policies, which include treatment plan reviews, diagnosis updates, and comprehensive case notes.
\n
• Work collaboratively with families and schools, ensuring a supportive network around clients, especially in cases involving children or adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance use disorders, relationship conflicts, depression, and anxiety. You will work with a diverse clientele, providing culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
