Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective therapy.

• Access and utilize appropriate tools and methodologies, such as evidence-based practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy, to provide comprehensive counseling.

• Regularly meet with clients for individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for expression and healing.

• Monitor and assess patient progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• As necessary, refer clients to other specialists or services for additional support and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with span a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals and families facing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction disorders. You will be equipped to handle complex cases, providing the emotional and therapeutic support needed to guide clients toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in New Jersey is mandatory.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
