Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client's needs.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal development.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, establishing clear, measurable goals and interventions for clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity of care for all clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, as necessary to support client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards for mental health practice.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
