Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Right Perception Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering weekly evidence-based therapy through secure synchronous live video sessions to adults dealing with various emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborating seamlessly with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists within our supportive network to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Utilizing innovative tools and resources, such as automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures, to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing our user-friendly therapist portal, designed for efficient documentation processes.
\n
• Participating in case consultation and receiving support from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Delivering talk therapy for individuals (ages 13 and up) and couples, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
\n
• Upholding a commitment to measurement-based care and strictly adhering to HIPAA and security regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of all client information.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing care to adults experiencing a spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with adolescents (ages 13 and older) and couples, addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, and mental health resilience. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
