Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous teletherapy sessions to provide evidence-based mental health care to adult clients experiencing various emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers for comprehensive treatment planning, engaging with fellow therapists to exchange ideas and support one another in a collegial network.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on the client’s ongoing needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal, designed to enhance efficiency and reliability.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to receive support and guidance on complex cases.
\n
• Provide individual and couple therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and psychodynamic therapy.
\n
• Uphold a strong commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring client progress is monitored effectively throughout the therapeutic process.

• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and security protocols to protect client health information at all times.
\n
• Create thorough assessments and treatment plans while ensuring clinical documentation meets all required standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals aged 13 and older and couples seeking support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location parameters.
