As a telehealth provider, you will leverage secure video conferencing technology to deliver therapy services. You'll join a supportive community of mental health professionals, participating in team meetings and consultations through virtual platforms, ensuring continuity of care and collaboration across cases.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, determining their goals and necessary interventions.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and engage clients in goal-setting discussions.
\n
• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities rooted in evidence-based practices.
\n
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
\n
• Document client interactions, maintaining accurate and timely records including progress notes and treatment plans within electronic health record systems.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Prepare and implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients during moments of acute distress.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in marriage and family therapy.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights and well-being, emphasizing informed decision-making in their treatment journeys.

• Represent Great Lake Counseling & Coaching Center with professionalism in all client interactions and uphold our mission and values.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals and families seeking guidance through a variety of challenges, such as communication issues, mental health disorders, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. As an LMFT, you will work closely with adults, adolescents, and couples, applying your clinical skills to address specific needs and promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
\n
• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Texas.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.
\n
• Experience working with varying age groups, particularly children, adolescents, and adults.
\n
• Strong skills in completing client assessments, progress notes, and treatment planning in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
