Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote connection and shared learning among clients, fostering community and support.

• Providing individualized, empathetic counseling to clients, helping them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs.

• Monitoring client progress with various assessment tools to ensure effective treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments to care plans based on feedback.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, coordinating care, consulting on complex cases, and ensuring best practices are upheld in all therapeutic endeavors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be young adults aging from 18 to 30 who are seeking support for mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to inspire hope and healing in our clients and their families, helping them navigate their recovery journeys through compassionate counseling and collaborative treatment.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Texas.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities are highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate clients through therapeutic techniques will also be an asset in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and continuing education support.
