Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on improving mental health outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to effectively address client concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and comprehensive treatment planning, which may include working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with a diverse group of clients who may be dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position offers a competitive range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
