Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a professional billing service to manage claims processing, client and insurance accounts receivable, alongside executing benefit and eligibility checks, ensuring a smooth administrative workflow.

• Conduct engaging individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across a broad range of ages, addressing diverse clinical presentations and emotional challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation by completing all therapy notes and record-keeping activities promptly, adhering to both organizational and state requirements.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing client appointments, ensuring an organized and updated calendar that maximizes client accessibility and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists, sharing insights and approaches to enhance therapeutic strategies and outcomes, while also participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
