Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Conduct couples therapy, delivering insights and strategies to strengthen relationships.

• Timely complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Manage your calendar efficiently by scheduling follow-up appointments and staying organized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibilities will involve working with a clientele that encompasses a wide range of clinical presentations, particularly those found in school environments. You will engage with students who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, or emotional disturbances, providing them and their families with the tools they need to navigate these issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
