Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their academic and emotional goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and other individualized approaches to promote client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring all documentation reflects the scope and effectiveness of each treatment plan.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including educators and parents, to ensure a unified approach to the care and support of each client.

• Provide education and resources to students and their families about mental health issues, promoting awareness and reducing stigma.

• Stay current with the latest developments in mental health research and best practices to enhance treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus lies in serving the adolescent population within a school setting, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
