Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique situations.

• Implement and evaluate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring the well-being and progress of each client through regular follow-ups and adjustments to the treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with best practices and legislative requirements.

• Collaborate actively with a dedicated treatment team, which may include school counselors, psychologists, and administrative staff, to provide holistic care to our clients.

• Educate and support students and their families about mental health issues and resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve students within the school environment, ranging from elementary to high school levels. The majority of clients will be dealing with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a safe space for open dialogue, fostering emotional resilience and promoting mental well-being among young individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing you with a solid foundation in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
