Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather detailed patient histories and understand their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or psychologist in Texas.

• A thorough understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and cultural competence in clinical practice.

• Experience with delivering both individual and group therapy that is inclusive and responsive to diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, demonstrating the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven history of building rapport and trust across a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications to facilitate streamlined operations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
