Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The therapist will play a crucial role in providing culturally competent care and adapting therapeutic techniques to best suit the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients in Lebanon and surrounding areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in a telehealth setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Experience and/or readiness to manage a caseload of varying complexity, with a focus on meeting client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
