As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team of mental health professionals. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, offering shift options that include standard 5x8 or alternative 4x10 schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and interpret pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Evaluate and treat a wide array of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges, ensuring that services are within your professional scope.

• Develop and implement programs designed to address the emotional and social needs of clients, coordinating care and resources as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral interventions while managing crises and making appropriate referrals to community resources.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, in accordance with established protocols and state regulations.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide integrated care.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with mood disorders, substance dependence, family dynamics, and grief-related issues. Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
