Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain deep insights into clients' mental health obstacles, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy to promote healing and personal growth.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans with clear goals tailored to individual client needs, continually monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure that clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when required, developing effective safety plans to support client safety.

• Lead support groups and psychoeducation classes to enhance the therapeutic experience and empower clients on their healing journey.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect the care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
