Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, using evidence-based practices to tailor effective treatment programs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches, to encourage personal growth and well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to conduct virtual sessions, providing support to clients who may encounter barriers to attending in-person meetings.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards to ensure the integrity of client records and treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. By understanding the unique cultural contexts of your clients, you will provide tailored interventions that resonate with their experiences and foster healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges they may face.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or teletherapy environment.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices relevant to marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer:
