Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, determining the intensity, frequency, and impact of their symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) .

• Facilitate effective therapy sessions, focusing on issues related to divorce, relationship counseling, and family dynamics.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and treatment options, providing strategies for self-care and coping mechanisms.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
