Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Building a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients through empathetic listening and effective communication.

• Conducting thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including referrals to specialists as indicated.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and insurance standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy in a clinical setting.
