Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the unique backgrounds, needs, and goals of clients, whether they are adults or children.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including measurable goals and therapeutic interventions, with regular follow-ups to assess progress and adjust as needed.

• Actively engage in the multi-disciplinary team process, contributing to team meetings and treatment planning discussions to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and couples counseling, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to meet the varied needs of clients.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, presenting an array of challenges, from relationship issues and parenting conflicts to individual mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid Clinical Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a therapeutic team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a therapist, preferably with couples and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
